 机器结构

榨油机由三部分组成：1、主机2液压系统3、电气控制系统

1）液压系统采用全新的高低压双联泵卸荷回路。由高低压组合双联泵、高压手动转阀、高压溢流阀、中低压溢流阀、液控单向阀、耐震电接点压力表等，具有结构紧凑、操作方便、备件通用、降低耗能、安全可靠等特点。

2）液压系统工作原理

启动：电机启动，高低压双联泵输出液压油经高压转阀4回油箱。

预压;高压转阀至右位，双联泵高低压液压油经高压换向阀进入压榨油缸上腔，由刚开始工作。进行预压。


榨压：预压结束后。当压力升至固定值时，泵站低压溢流阀卸荷，由双联泵高压泵供油进行榨油，电接点压力表调定至压力范围时，电机断电，当压力降至固定值时，电机启动，如此反复压榨榨净，保证高出油率。

泄压：榨油工作借宿后，高压转阀4至左位，双联泵输出液压油经液控单向阀进入榨油缸下腔，溢流阀压力调定为5Mpa，油缸活塞杆退位后，高压阀转至中位，电机断电。
