[Usage method]: (Silk screen method)
Water-based screen printing method 1: Add reflective powder directly to the transparent slurry, add appropriate additives, and mix evenly to print.
Water-based screen printing method 2: Add reflective powder directly to the gold and silver powder adhesive, add appropriate additives, and mix evenly to print.
Water-based screen printing method three: The reflective powder is directly added to the special ink for water-based reflective powder, and the water-based special effect catalyst is added, and the printing can be done after mixing evenly. (This method has better effect)
Oil-based screen printing method 1: Add the reflective powder directly to the varnish, mix it evenly, add appropriate additives, and mix it evenly before printing. (This method has better effect)
Oil-based screen printing method 2: Add reflective powder directly to the ink/paint to make reflective ink, which can be screen-printed or brushed onto fabrics, license plates, house plates, signs, and traffic signs.
When printing, the thickness of the printed adhesive layer should be thin, preferably 3 microns to 3 microns, to ensure that the reflective powder can be semi-exposed on the surface to produce a reflective effect.
According to the purpose, particle sizes of varying thicknesses can be used to achieve various reflective effects.

[Construction method]: (Spraying method)
Before construction, oil stains, water stains and dust on the surface of the substrate should be thoroughly removed, while keeping the work surface dry.
Spray the reflective primer first, then spray the reflective topcoat after the reflective primer dries. If constructing on cement surface, it is recommended to spray two layers of reflective primer for better effect.
It is recommended to use a - type spray gun (nozzle ¢.mm), the spray gun pressure is about ./ for the primer, and the spray gun pressure is about 3./ for the topcoat. During construction, the spray gun and the surface need to be maintained, the spray gun angle, and the atomization should be turned to the maximum. The spray paint film layer should be evenly thin to obtain the best effect. For unknown substrates, try it out on a small area beforehand.
3. Before spraying the reflective topcoat, stir the paint thoroughly and evenly. Stir constantly during construction.
The coating thickness of the reflective topcoat, while ensuring the tinting strength, achieves the best reflective effect with a thin and uniform coating, which can be formed in one go. The paint film should not be too thick, with a thickness of about microns, otherwise the effect will be poor.

Clean spray tools with thinner after completion of construction.
Do not construct in bad weather such as rain, fog, snow, etc., as it will affect the fastness.

Clean the construction surface before use, make sure it is free of oil and dry.
The reflective primer and reflective topcoat must be stirred evenly before construction. Stir continuously during the spraying process to prevent the reflective powder from settling.
