Technical characteristics of grouting materials
Early strength and high strength of grouting materials: production can be started three days after the equipment is installed.
The self-flowing state of the grouting material: Just add water and stir on site, and then pour it directly into the equipment foundation. It can fill all the gaps in the equipment foundation without vibrating.
Micro expansion of the grouting material: to ensure close contact between the equipment and the foundation.
The grouting material has no rust effect and is resistant to oil penetration.

Construction introduction
Mixing machines, grouting equipment, templates and maintenance items should be prepared before grouting construction.
During secondary grouting, the horizontal distance between the formwork and the equipment base should be controlled so that the top elevation of the left and right formwork should not be lower than the upper surface of the equipment base.
When the concrete structure is renovated and reinforced, sufficient grouting holes and exhaust holes should be left in the formwork support. The grouting hole diameter should not be smaller than the grouting hole and the spacing should not exceed the spacing.
When mixing cement-based grouting materials, water should be added according to the amount of water required by the product. Mechanical mixing should be used. When mixing, it is advisable to first add /3 of water and mix for about 3, then add the remaining water and mix until uniform. The mixing time should not be less than 1/3 of the water. The mixing site should be close to the grouting site, and the continuity of grouting should be ensured. The amount of mixing each time should be determined according to the amount of use to ensure that the material is used up within 3 days. Do not add water to the unused portion for mixing.
Anchor bolt grouting
⑴ When forming holes for anchor bolts, the walls of the bolt holes should be rough. The holes should be cleaned and there should be no floating ash, oil and other impurities. Soak in water before grouting and clean the holes. Accumulated inflammation.
⑵ Oil and rust on the surface of the anchor bolts should be removed before grouting.
⑶ When pouring the mixed cement-based grouting material into the bolt holes, the position of the bolts can be adjusted as needed. Vibration is strictly prohibited during the grouting process, but tamping can be done appropriately. Bolts must not be adjusted again after grouting.
Secondary grouting of equipment foundation
⑴ Before grouting, the equipment base plate and concrete foundation surface in contact with grouting materials should be cleaned, and there should be no loose gravel, floating slurry, floating ash, oil stains, or wax. wait. The surface of the foundation concrete should be fully moistened before grouting, and any accumulated water should be removed before grouting.
⑵ When grouting for the second time, grouting should be carried out from one side until it overflows from the other side. Grouting should not be carried out from opposite sides at the same time. After grouting begins, it must be carried out continuously and the grouting time should be shortened as much as possible.
⑶ When the track foundation or grouting distance is long, the construction can be carried out in sections depending on the actual engineering conditions, and the length of each section should not exceed one meter. If the equipment floor has a complex structure, pressure grouting should be used.
⑷ Vibration is strictly prohibited during the grouting process. If necessary, a grouting booster can be used. The booster pushes the grouting material along the base of the grout flow direction. It is strictly prohibited to push from the middle and upper part of the grouting layer.
⑸ After the equipment foundation grouting is completed, it is advisable to cut a bevel along the edge of the base plate to outsiders after the initial setting of the grouting material. If it is impossible to trim the edge, the surface of the grouting layer should be calendered with a spatula after the initial setting. .
Concrete structure modification and reinforcement grouting:
⑴ The concrete surface in contact with the cement-based grouting material should be fully roughened.
⑵ To repair concrete structural defects, the loose concrete should be removed and the steel bars should be exposed, and the edges of the repair area should be cut into vertical shapes.
⑶ Before grouting, all gravel, dust or other debris should be removed, and the surface of the base concrete should be moistened.
⑷Pour the evenly mixed grouting material into the formwork and tap the formwork appropriately.
⑸ When the thickness of the grouting layer is greater than 100%, relevant measures should be taken to prevent temperature cracks from occurring.
Construction and maintenance measures
⑴ During grouting, the average daily temperature should not be lower than ℃. After grouting, the exposed parts should be sprayed with curing agent or covered with plastic film in time, and covered with wet straw bags to keep them moist. When covered with plastic film, the exposed surface of the cement-based grouting material should be covered tightly to keep condensation water in the plastic film. When it is inconvenient to water the surface of the grouting material, a curing agent can be sprayed.
⑵ The grouting material should be kept in a moist state, and the curing time should not be shorter than that.
⑶ When using fast-setting and fast-hardening cement-based grouting materials, maintenance measures should be carried out according to the methods required by the product.
⑷ During winter construction, when the ambient temperature is lower than -℃, hot water should be used to mix the grouting material. The water temperature should be between ~℃ to ensure that the mold entry temperature of the grouting material is greater than ℃. If the project has no special requirements for strength growth, the exposed parts should be covered with plastic film and thermal insulation material in time after grouting is completed. The initial curing temperature should not be lower than ℃. Do not water when curing under negative temperature conditions.
⑸ When the difference between the surface temperature of the cement-based grouting material and the ambient temperature after the formwork is removed is greater than ℃, it should be covered and maintained with insulation materials.
⑹ If the ambient temperature is lower than the minimum construction temperature required for cement-based grouting materials or when the strength growth needs to be accelerated, artificial heating maintenance can be used. The maintenance measures should comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Construction Regulations for Winter Period of Construction Projects". )
