（1）秤台四周间隙内不得卡有石子，煤块等异物。
（2）经常检查限位间隙是否合理，限位螺栓与秤体不应碰撞接触。
（3）连接件每半年进行一次保养，支承头部涂上黄油。
（4）禁止在秤台上进行电弧焊作业，若必须在秤台进行电弧焊作业。
（5）不用时断开信号电缆与称重显示控制器的连接；
（6）电弧焊的地线必须设置在被焊部位附近，并牢固接触在秤体上；
（7）切不可以使用传感器成为电弧焊回路的一部分。
