Base surface requirements:
For concrete, it is even recommended that the original slurry be machine-polished and polished, and a waterproof layer should be made. The flatness requirement should be less than 3, the maximum height difference between feet should be less than 3, the concrete grade should be above, and the drying period should be greater than days, the moisture content should be less than 100% before construction can begin.

Construction procedures:
(1) Base surface treatment: First, polish and clean.
(2) Primer layer: Apply epoxy resin primer evenly to play a bonding role.
(3) Mortar layer: Use the prepared epoxy resin material and quartz sand, stir evenly and spread it flatly on top of the primer, one to several layers.
(4) Intermediate coating: Use the adjusted epoxy resin intermediate coating material to lay it flat on the mortar to make it smooth, without cracks and voids.
(5) Top coating: Use a thin coating of prepared epoxy resin or a self-leveling flat coating to evenly and carefully spread it on the mid-coat.
(6) After the construction is completed, it will become an overall bright and clean parking lot floor.
