Those who meet the following conditions can apply to take the accounting qualification examination:
(1) Comply with accounting and other financial laws and regulations
(2) Have good ethics Quality
(3) Possess basic accounting professional knowledge and skills.
A person whose accounting qualification certificate is revoked in accordance with the law due to illegal circumstances listed in Articles 42, 43, and 44 of the Accounting Law shall have a period of one year from the date of revocation. They are not allowed to take the accounting qualification examination or obtain the accounting qualification certificate again.
Due to providing false financial accounting reports, making false accounts, concealing or deliberately destroying accounting vouchers, accounting books, financial accounting reports, embezzlement, misappropriation of public funds, job embezzlement and other illegal activities related to accounting duties. Persons who are held criminally responsible in accordance with the law shall not take the accounting qualification examination or obtain or re-obtain the accounting qualification certificate.
Article 9 The financial departments of local people’s governments at or above the county level, the Finance Bureau of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, the Agency Affairs Administration Bureau directly under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Agency Affairs Administration Bureau of the State Council, the Ministry of Railways, the General Logistics Department of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, and the Chinese People’s Armed Forces The Logistics Department of the Police Force (hereinafter referred to as the Accounting Qualification Management Agency) shall review the conditions of those who apply to take the Accounting Qualification Examination, and if they meet the conditions, they shall be allowed to take the Accounting Qualification Examination.

": Starting from this year, the accounting qualification examination will be fully paperless. Paperless exams are organized daily by the financial department. Candidates answer randomly generated test papers on a computer, and their scores are displayed immediately after submitting the test paper.
