5. Things to note when companies sign up to participate in the exhibition:
Exhibitors must fill in the "Exhibition Application Form", stamp it with the company seal, and fax or mail it to our company.
After our company receives the "Exhibition Application Form", we will sign an agreement for the exhibitors.
After the exhibition agreement is signed, the exhibitor shall pay the booth fee within 3 days as the exhibition deposit, and the balance shall be paid two months before the opening of the exhibition. If payment is overdue, the organizer will not guarantee the confirmed booth. We apologize for any booth changes.
When exhibitors pay booth fees, please pay by bank transfer. When using a check, please fill in the name of the organizer on the check payable. Please do not pay in cash or without a payable check. Otherwise, the exhibitors will be responsible for any economic losses caused.
