Overview
It is a solid solution strengthened iron-nickel-based high-temperature alloy. In addition to containing a large amount of chromium, it is also compounded with a small amount of tungsten, molybdenum, aluminum, titanium and other elements. Strengthen solid solution. The alloy has medium thermal strength, high plasticity, good thermal fatigue structural stability and welding process performance. It is suitable for manufacturing plate structural parts and other high-temperature components of aeroengine and gas turbine combustion chambers with operating temperatures below ℃. Application Overview and Special Requirements
It has been used in the manufacture of combustion chamber flame tube, afterburner diffuser, rectifier support plate stabilizer, oil transfer ring, afterburner, adjustable nozzle shell tube of various aero engines. Parts such as joint bushings and aircraft tail cowl skins have been put into mass production. It will harden slightly after long-term use in the temperature range of ~℃, which will reduce the plasticity at room temperature. The high temperature oxidation resistance above ℃ is slightly worse than that of nickel-based alloys for similar uses.
