Steel properties in the factory state. This steel is added with nickel. The hardness from the surface to the center of the steel is uniform, the cutting is good, and the spark machine and polishing performance are extremely good. Excellent, suitable for vaporized hard chromium plating and titanium plating.
Usage: Suitable for plastic molds with high requirements, especially those that are thicker than molds.
Annealing ℃
Heat through and keep for a sufficient time, then cool to ℃ in the furnace, and then cool in the air. The resulting hardness is about (maximum).
The stress relief is heated to ℃ and kept in a protective gas furnace for about an hour, and then slowly cooled in the furnace.
Quenching ℃
Quenching oil after heat preservation, or ℃
After heat preservation, air cooling slightly higher than room temperature and instant tempering, the resulting hardness is approx.
Tempering immediately after quenching, for no less than 1 hour, and then out of the furnace for air cooling.
