Adjustment of the upper arm when rolling bottles of different specifications. It can be used for rolling bottle caps. When using bottles of any specification, just place the bottle of that specification on the pallet, hold the cross arm with one hand, and loosen the nut on the left side of the cross arm with the other hand to lower the cross arm. Or rise until the capping head is about millimeters from the bottle cap, tighten the nut, and then use the included hexagonal wrench to close the support ring against the horizontal arm and lock the support ring. (Note: When tightening, pay attention to the alignment of the capping head and the bottle cap.)
Adjustment of the second-type support block Place the bottle into the lower bracket, loosen the two screws on the support block, and attach the bottle to the lower support block. The mold blocks move together until the capping head and the bottle cap are aligned, and then tighten the two screws on the mold block.
Three specific operation methods
Place the bottle filled with liquid and capped on the lower tray, lean on the support block, hold the bottle with one hand, and pull the handle back and down with the other hand , at this time, the tray holds the bottle and is lifted upward until the bottle cap and the capping head are pressed tightly.
After the bottle cap and the capping head are pressed tightly, the three capping cutter heads that keep rotating rotate several times to tighten the bottle cap. (Note) The motor must run clockwise.
Push the handle forward so that the rolled cap returns to its original position along with the tray. The entire operation process is completed. Repeat the above operation every time you roll a bottle cap.
Adjustment of the four-capping head This machine is equipped with multiple capping heads, and the upper capping head can be selected according to the size of different bottle caps. You can try it with a bottle before formal use.
If the cap is not rolled tightly, you can unscrew the locking nut of the capping head and unscrew the upper capping head counterclockwise, and then lock the upper fixing nut.
The cap is rolled too tightly, causing the bottle cap to be peeled off. You can unscrew the locking nut of the upper capping head and screw in the upper capping head clockwise, and then lock the upper fixing nut.
If the lower edge of the bottle cap is not tightened tightly, the eccentricity of the three rolling cutter heads can be appropriately adjusted according to the actual situation. If the tightening is too tight and the bottle may be crushed, the eccentricity of the three rolling heads can be appropriately increased.
