1. Overview: The type turbine flow sensor (hereinafter referred to as the sensor) is an anti-corrosion sensor newly developed by our company. It is matched with the display instrument to form a turbine flowmeter. It can measure the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative volume of liquid, and can also quantitatively control liquid. The sensor has the characteristics of high precision, long life and simple operation and maintenance. It is widely used in industrial and mining, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, power plants and other industries. The sensors are all made of non-metallic materials and are particularly suitable for measuring highly corrosive liquids. It is an ideal instrument for measuring corrosive liquids.
The sensor is suitable for liquids without fibers, particles and other impurities.

Working principle: When the liquid to be measured flows through the sensor, the impeller in the sensor rotates with the help of the kinetic energy of the liquid. At this time, the impeller blades cause periodic changes in the magnetic resistance of the magnetic circuit in the detection device, so an electrical pulse signal proportional to the flow rate is induced at both ends of the detection coil, which is amplified by the preamplifier and sent to the display instrument.
Within the measurement range, the flow pulse frequency of the sensor is proportional to the volume flow. This ratio is the instrument coefficient, expressed in: / or /

The instrument coefficient of each sensor is filled in the calibration certificate by the manufacturer. The factory value has been set into the matching display instrument, which can display the instantaneous flow rate and total volume. The manufacturer should not change the value.
