Equipment features
The extruder adopts variable frequency control, which is easy to adjust, reliable in operation, stable in work and low in energy consumption. The integrated electrical cabinet is used to facilitate centralized control and operation of the entire equipment.
The screw barrel of the extruder is made of high-quality nitrided steel, with reasonable design, good plasticizing effect of raw materials, and stable production.
The pipe is formed using a central feeding mold, vacuum sizing, and spray and water immersion phases. Combined with the unique cooling method, the pipe has high dimensional accuracy and good appearance.
Using a special roller-type traction machine, the pipe is not prone to plastic deformation.
The hose coiler adopts torque motor control to effectively overcome tension defects. The unique control cabinet is used to facilitate independent control operations during the production process.
When producing small diameter pipes, replace the hose coiler with a hard pipe coiler and match it with an appropriate extrusion die to produce hard pipes. When producing large diameter pipes, crawlers should be used. Traction machine, and replacing the hose coiler with a pipe stacking rack, coupled with appropriate extrusion dies and pipe cutting devices, can produce hard pipes.
