Wireless temperature measurement system

Real-time monitoring of temperature has become one of the important measures taken by all walks of life to carry out safe production and reduce losses. In certain situations, because the monitoring points are scattered and remote, the traditional temperature measurement method has a long cycle and high cost, and the surveyor must go to the site to perform the measurement, so the work efficiency is very low. During long-term operation of high-voltage equipment in power systems, problems such as surface oxidation and corrosion, loosening of fastening bolts, and aging of contacts and busbar connections often occur, often causing equipment to overheat or even explode. However, there is exposed high voltage in the switch cabinet and the space is closed and small, making manual inspection and temperature measurement impossible. Traditional temperature measurement methods cannot effectively solve this problem.
The wireless temperature measurement system installs the temperature sensor on the live connector contact in the switch cabinet. After measuring the temperature of the point online, the data is uploaded wirelessly, displayed in a centralized manner, and an over-temperature alarm is implemented. It can also be connected to the power automation system. Users can remotely monitor the operating status of equipment temperature. If the system detects abnormal equipment temperature, it will automatically and remotely alarm to detect potential accidents in a timely manner.
