Torque-limiting hydraulic couplings (hydraulic couplers, hydraulic couplings) are a widely used hydraulic transmission element. The power machine (motor, diesel engine) drives the coupling pump wheel to rotate, and the pump wheel blades stir the working fluid in the chamber. Under the action of centrifugation, (making circular motion and circulating motion) the pump wheel converts mechanical energy into liquid energy and transmits it to the turbine blades. The absorbed liquid energy is then transferred to the working machine. The transmission medium between the power machine and the working machine is liquid, so its advantages are unmatched by other power connection equipment.

When ordering, please indicate the power and speed of the prime mover, the shaft diameter, key height, key width and other necessary dimensions of the prime mover and working machine. For other forms, the diameter, groove type and number of grooves of the pulley, the diameter and size of the brake wheel should be indicated, and for vertically installed couplings, it should be indicated whether it is a sitting or hanging type. It is recommended that the user indicate the tolerance of the shaft hole used with the prime mover and working machine. If not specified, it will be processed according to the reference hole tolerance.
