The sealing ring is safe and reliable:
The reliability of the sealing ring is a basic requirement. All bolt tensioning tools use self-sealing polyurethane seals that require no adjustment. The sealing ring is embedded in the groove of the piston and remains firm, and will not move or fail after long-term use. The sealing ring is machined rather than formed, so the size is not limited and no error is allowed during the tensioner design process.
Low friction coefficient, easy recovery:
The nitrile sealing rings used by other hydraulic bolt tensioners have a lower friction coefficient than our sealing rings. Due to this advantage, piston recovery is easier.
Overtravel Indication:
If the maximum stroke of the piston is exceeded, most bolt tensioners have a simple mechanism that drains excess fluid away. A red indicator line will appear when the maximum stroke of the piston is reached.
Connecting hose systems:
One of the many advantages of imported bolt tensioners is the ability to connect multiple bolt tensioners together to stretch all bolts on a flange connection at the same time. This method distributes the load very well. We provide a simple assembly method called a connecting hose. This high-pressure hose has male and female connectors on both ends.
