It is a precipitation-hardening deformed high-temperature alloy. Elements such as aluminum and titanium are added to form a strong aging precipitation phase. Boron and cerium elements are added to purify and strengthen the grain boundaries. The alloy can be used for a long time at temperatures below ℃ and for a short time at ℃. The alloy has high thermal strength properties and good hot processing plasticity. The main products are bars, flat steel and forgings.
The alloy has been used to make aero-engine working blades, marine power machine booster turbines, spacecraft fasteners, etc.
3 After the high-temperature alloy undergoes fine graining process + direct aging treatment, it can produce high-yield, high-fatigue performance discs and long-life rotor blades at ℃-℃. When the service temperature is greater than ℃, the durability and creep limit of the alloy begin to decrease. After long-term aging, the alloy phase precipitates, which reduces the room temperature impact toughness. When the alloy is used at ℃, the surface can be permeated to improve its resistance to oxidation and corrosion.

Heat treatment system
Standard heat treatment: used for hot-rolled bars, flat steel, and forgings: solid solution ℃ insulation for hours, air cooling + ℃ insulation for hours, air cooling + ℃ insulation for hours, air cooling.
Refine graining process + direct aging: After controlled thermal deformation to obtain a fine grain structure, + 3°C insulation for one hour, air cooling + +°C insulation for one hour, air cooling.
