Larung Monastery Wuming Buddhist College in Sedar:

Nianbao Yuze:

The main peak of Nianbao is covered with snow all year round. There is a plateau glacier covering an area of about square kilometers. The main peak is 3 meters above sea level. The spectacular ice mass, miraculous steep rocks and lakes make Nianbao covered with a mysterious veil. Nianbaoyu is the birthplace of Sanguoluo. There are rapid streams and clear water in the mountains. The trickling stream passes through the rocks, rolls through the rocks, and spits out countless streams of white foam. Yaqing Temple:
Yaqing Temple is built on the grassland wetlands surrounded by mountains, and is home to tens of thousands of practitioners. Every morning or dusk, smoke fills the air, the river shines with golden light, and the sound of chanting sutras is carried far away by the wind, like the sound of nature, touching the heart.
Langmusi:
It is located in an ethereal place, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the scenery is very beautiful. The mountain in front of the temple looks like a monk's hat. To the east of the temple is a tall red gravel rock wall, and to the west of the temple are tall and rugged stone peaks. The splendid temple complex and the well-proportioned tower houses are nestled among the lush ancient cypresses and pines, and the source of the Bailong River is glowing and singing in the moonlit night.
Banma Baizha Temple:
Located in Jiangritang Township in the southeast of Banma County, kilometers away from the county seat. It was rebuilt by Baizha Lama in AD 3 (the Year of the Fire Rat in the Sixteenth Rao Period). It belongs to Karma Tuo sect. Baizha Temple consists of three parts, namely Zhui Gong Temple, Doka Temple and Sky Burial Platform. There is a round hill in the center of the temple, which is called Shining Iron Mountain. It is a famous Nyingma monastery in the Golok area. The temple is divided into upper and lower parts. Hongyuan:

Seda all day
Get up early and head to Seda for shooting. Walking and shooting in Seda Monastery, monks' residences, and mountains all day long may be tiring, but your heart will definitely be moved. You will be infected by the powerful religious atmosphere and extremely strong magnetic field. Every time you press the shutter, the lens will focus. Every time, every recording, every shooting is a precious documentary moment, which is unmatched anywhere else, especially the scenes in the sutra hall and the extremely simple residence of the monks. Langmusi is divided into two temples by the Bailong River that flows into the Yangtze River.
