Sharpening and adjustment of the four-moving and fixed knives

Open the upper protective cover, loosen the fixing screw of the movable fixed blade, take out the blade, and use a grinding wheel or whetstone to sharpen the bevel edge of the blade, as shown in Figure 2.
Steps to install the movable fixed knife
First, fix the fixed knife on the fixed knife holder with the fixed knife screw.
Fix the movable knife on the movable knife body with the movable knife bolt, and adjust the gap between the movable knife and the fixed knife at the same time. The general gap is within the range as needed. After the adjustment is appropriate, tighten the movable knife bolt, and at the same time tighten the jack screw and the Tighten the jack screw nut.
5 Operation and Use
To stop the machine and change the long or short grass, change the position of the V-belt in the cone groove to change the long or short grass, see Figure 3.
