Design Features
The main feature of the sandblasting room is that the operator is indoors during the sandblasting process. Protective clothing and helmets protect the operator from abrasive impact, and ventilation provides the operator with fresh air through the helmet.
Sandblasting rooms are mainly used for large parts or very expensive parts treated with automatic sandblasting equipment. The nozzle manipulator installed in the sandblasting room can automatically sandblast the surface of the part. Areas that are difficult to reach by automatic sandblasting can be completed by manual sandblasting. This maintains flexibility while reducing the number of blasting operators required.

Automatic pneumatic conveying room
Working principle The pneumatic recovery sandblasting room is mainly composed of the room body, sandblasting equipment, abrasive recovery device, ventilation and dust removal device, abrasive sorting device and electronic control device. In order to simplify the equipment, the abrasive recovery and ventilation and dust removal parts can be combined. The fan sucks all the abrasives, dust, and airflow through the honeycomb floor to the abrasive centralized filter. The dust-containing gas is filtered by the filter, and the dust adheres to the outer wall of the filter. Part of the clean gas passes through the filter and is discharged outside the factory, while part of it is circulated into the sandblasting room. The abrasive and heavy dust continue to pass through the abrasive trough to the separator. The separator has an inner and outer cone structure, and there is an adjustable channel between the inner and outer cones. By adjusting the core, the airflow channel cross section can be changed, thereby adjusting the separation ratio. The separation process is that when the abrasive and dust pass through the channel, due to the action of gravity, the dust and gas come out upward through the gap between the cones, while the abrasive and coarse particles fall to the vibrating screen below the cone. The vibrating screen further separates the abrasives and coarse particles, and the separated pure abrasives enter the designated hopper through the screen holes to the sandblasting tank for recycling. The dust and gas passing through the separator are filtered through a filter, the clean gas is discharged out of the factory, and the dust falls into the waste hopper.

The abrasive recovery and sorting system includes abrasive tanks, sorters, filters and connecting pipes. The abrasive passes from the abrasive tank to the separator through the connecting pipe, where it is sorted and recycled. In order to increase the service life of the separator, wear-resistant rubber is pasted on the outside of its inner cone and the surface of its outer cone. Due to different product materials, the abrasives used in sandblasting are also different. In order to avoid the impact of iron abrasives on the aluminum alloy car body, a magnetic separation device is added under the separator to separate iron and non-ferrous abrasives to ensure the quality of sand blasting on the aluminum alloy car body. The magnetic separation device is a magnetic drum, and a permanent magnet is arranged under the magnetic drum. The magnetic drum rotates, and the iron abrasive is attracted to the magnetic drum due to the magnetic force on one side of the magnet. When the magnetic drum rotates to the side away from the magnet, the magnetic force disappears and the iron abrasive falls into a corresponding container. The magnetic drum rotates continuously to separate the ferrous and non-ferrous abrasives in the abrasive.
