With the advantages of sensitive action, good sealing, and small pressure set point fluctuation force, the self-operated pressure control valve is widely used in the automatic control of gas, liquid and steam media for pressure reduction and pressure stabilization or pressure relief and pressure stabilization. The product structure of the pressure regulating valve is self-operated. Type pressure control valve has three structures: single-seat, sleeve and double-seat. The actuator has diaphragm type and piston type. There are two action types: type B for pressure regulation after the valve for pressure reduction and pressure regulation type before the valve for pressure relief. The nominal pressure level of the product has a valve body diameter range, and the leakage level has three-level and three-level flow characteristics for quick-opening pressure step-by-step adjustment.
Features of imported self-operated pressure regulator
The self-operated pressure regulator does not require external energy and can work in places without electricity or gas. It is both convenient and energy-saving. Installation of imported self-operated pressure regulating valve
When the valve is used in gas or low-viscosity liquid media, the self-operated pressure regulating valve is installed upright on the horizontal pipe. When the location space does not allow, it is installed upside down or Mounted diagonally.
When the medium is clean gas or liquid, the filter in front of the valve does not need to be installed. If it is not a clean medium, a filter must be installed in front of the valve.
When the diameter of the pressure regulating valve is too large, there should be a fixed bracket. When it is confirmed that the medium is clean, the bracket does not need to be installed.
After the valve group, the user can choose a check valve, safety valve, etc. according to needs.
When the self-operated regulating valve is used in steam or high-viscosity liquid media, the usual self-operated pressure regulating valve is installed upside down on the horizontal pipe. The self-operated condenser steam should be higher than the actuator of the pressure regulating valve. Below the valve are the front and rear takeovers. The condenser should be filled with cold water before use, and then filled with water about once a month.
