Vehicle mover operating instructions:
The wheeled vehicle mover is used in groups of four, and they lift four tires respectively. When using it, first lower the vehicle transfer device to the ground
and unfold it, then reach under the wheel and tighten the hydraulic valve, then use the pedal to shorten the distance between the two rollers and squeeze the tire
to raise it. After raising the tire, insert the safety latch and repeat the operation to lift all four wheels off the ground. Then the vehicle can be
moved freely. After moving to the target position, pull out the safety pin and turn the valve counterclockwise to relieve the pressure and drop the wheel to the ground
and then remove the car transfer device.
