The stainless steel inner ring high viscosity pump is mainly composed of inner and outer rotors, shafts, pump bodies, front covers, seals, bearings, etc. There are two types of seals: mechanical seals and packing seals. Packing seals are used for high temperature, high viscosity and highly corrosive media.
When transporting materials that are easy to crystallize, the front cover and pump body can be designed with thermal insulation jackets that can be heated and melted by steam during operation. The pump can be equipped with a safety valve. When the pump or pipeline system is overpressured, the safety valve opens to form an internal backflow to ensure system safety.
The pump device consists of a pump, motor and base. There are two transmission modes: bridge type and direct coupling type.

If the ambient temperature is below freezing point, hot steam should be introduced into the pump for preheating before starting the gear pump. The rotation direction of the high viscosity pump should be consistent with the oil inlet and outlet. If the gear pump is running for the first time or is used after being idle for a long time, it is best to run it for about an hour under no-load or small load conditions. If abnormal temperature rise, leakage, vibration and noise are detected in advance during the running-in stage, the machine should be stopped for inspection.
During daily use of high viscosity rotor pumps, please note that electric oil pumps should be stored in a dry and clean environment without corrosive gases. Preserve each part and replace the same parts. When disassembling and inspecting the high-viscosity rotor pump, each part should be preserved. Pay special attention to the explosion-proof surface of the explosion-proof parts so that they cannot be damaged or roughened. Insulation liners and bushings must be replaced if damaged.
