The University of Science and Technology Beijing ( ) is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education. It is the first national key university in the country. One of the universities that was approved to launch a graduate school on a trial basis is one of the first batch of national engineering universities, the first batch of national engineering superior discipline innovation platforms, and the first batch of national key construction universities for the education and training plan for outstanding engineers. Students who apply in spring must have prerequisite certificates The time of obtaining the prerequisite certificate shall not be later than the day of the month of the current year
