(Polyethersulfone membrane pleated filter element) adopts a membrane imported from Germany with a bubble point of .-. The material complies with D and adopts ultrasonic hot melt without using adhesives.
Structure:
The filter element has a double-layer polypropylene folded structure. The inner layer is (one of three types) the final filter layer. The outer layer is made of non-woven fabric with a large pore size, which serves as the coarse filter layer. The inner and outer supports of the pre-filtration function are made of polypropylene or stainless steel material, so the filter element combines pre-filtration and final filtration into one.

Advantages:
Pleated structure, large filtration area, low initial pressure difference, low flow rate, fast flow rate, small filter volume and low cost. Because the pre-filtration and final filtration are combined into one, the filter element has a larger dirt-holding capacity. The service life is longer than that of a single pore size filter element. It is easy to judge the chemical compatibility of a single pure polypropylene material.
Disadvantages:
Because the working pressure of the filter layer paper folding can generally not be exceeded. If the pressure is exceeded, the micropores will expand and the solid will easily penetrate the filter. Especially when the working temperature is greater than ℃, the recoil effect is not ideal.
