: When this product is used, it must be immersed at least under the water surface and no closer than the side wall and bottom of the container. It is best to place it at the geometric center of the container.
: When selecting, the diameter of the pipe should be greater than or equal to the nominal diameter of the heater. When multiple heaters are used in parallel, the cross-sectional area of the steam pipe should be greater than or equal to the sum of the cross-sectional areas of all heater connecting pipes. .
: When the steam pressure is greater than (gauge pressure), a steam pressure reducing valve should be installed to reduce the pressure, and a filter should be installed in front of it.
: A check valve must be installed on the steam pipeline near the heater to prevent siphoning when the steam is stopped, resulting in water backflow.
: The steam pipe near the heater should be firmly fixed so that it will not swing when working.
: Multiple heaters are used in parallel and should be evenly distributed. Because of their heavy weight, they should be supported. The installation positioning depends on the site conditions.
