Characteristics:
It is a soft thermoplastic with low crystallinity ratio. Generally contains ethyl acrylate -%. As the content increases, the density and softness of the copolymer increase. It has good low temperature performance and flexibility, good thermal stability during processing, large filler containment, excellent resistance to bending cracking and environmental stress cracking, and large elasticity. Cross-linking with organic peroxides can improve heat resistance, creep resistance, and solvent resistance. Excellent thermal stability pigments with excellent tinting strength and adhesion to various substrates including metals, polyolefins, cellulose, polyester (,), polycarbonate, polyvinylidene chloride (D) , glass and metal foil, etc.
Main uses:
Typical uses include: polymer modification for high-performance packaging applications, as adhesives, bonding layer materials, hot melt adhesives and sealants, flexible hoses and common pipe laminated sheets, multi-layer films, injection molded and extruded parts and wire and cable compounds.
Used as easy-to-bend, fold-resistant and elastic hoses, low-temperature sealing rings, communication cables, semi-conductive sleeves, surgical bags, surgical gloves, packaging films and containers, etc.
It can be used as a modifier for high-temperature-resistant extrusion coatings (good adhesion to the base material) and low-temperature impact resistance and environmental stress cracking resistance of other plastics.
Hot melt adhesives have high shear failure temperature, low temperature toughness and excellent adhesion to non-polar substrates. It can be used for bonding olefin polymers such as collar linings and metal surface protective layer carpet backings.
Injection moldable products include automobile steering wheels and other parts, motor parts, safety equipment, cold storage trays, household products, sports shoe soles, etc.
