The humidification system uses an ultrasonic humidifier as the main water heating and evaporation as the auxiliary. The automatic control system uses a temperature controller and a humidity control instrument to cool, heat and humidify according to the given temperature and humidity. The temperature and humidity in the wet automatic switching box are digitally displayed by the instrument.

Temperature control: When the temperature in the box is lower than the lower limit set value of the temperature controller, the temperature controller outputs a heating signal to instruct the electric heating element to start working. On the contrary, when the temperature is higher than the upper limit set value, the temperature control The instrument instructs the refrigeration system to automatically stop heating or cooling when the temperature inside the box reaches the required requirements.
Humidity control: The use of ultrasonic humidifier for humidification can ensure that the humidity in the box reaches %. The humidification device is automatically controlled by the temperature controller. When the humidity is < %, the temperature controller instructs the humidifier to automatically stop working after reaching the return difference value. The hysteresis value should be adjusted to -℃ to prevent it from being too large.
4. Instructions for use:
Place the box in place, adjust the level, and connect the ground wire. When it is stationary, add clean water to the water tank and the water level exceeds the heating pipe.
Open the door and take out the humidifier. Open the side door, place the humidifier on the upper tray, remove the transparent water tank, unscrew the water tank cover counterclockwise, and fill it with clean water (distilled water is best). After adding water, screw on the water tank cover and put it back into the main body of the humidifier. Then put the humidifier Press the nozzle of the humidifier and finally insert the humidifier plug into the socket in the side door. Turn on the power switch and adjust the spray knob to the maximum position. The temperature and humidity of the curing box temperature controller have been adjusted at the factory.

5. Main matters:
The curing box should be used in a ventilated, dry, flat, non-corrosive environment. During daily use, pay attention to maintaining the water level of the water tank and humidifier to ensure normal use.
After the curing box is in place, it needs to be stationary for an hour before it can be powered on. The voltage must not be lower or higher than the voltage. Instability will burn out the controller. A regulated power supply must be used.
. The compressor cannot be started frequently for refrigeration work. If there is a power outage or stop, it must be started again every minute to avoid damaging the compressor.

6. Common faults and troubleshooting methods:
. The meter display does not work
The power is not connected. Check the fuse and plug.

If the contactor is burned out, replace it with a contactor of the same model.
, No cooling
Is the given value of the temperature controller correct? The temperature controller does not output a signal to adjust the given value or check the fuse of the temperature controller.
The output signal contactor of the temperature controller does not work. Replace the contactor.
Refrigerant leakage.
The compressor does not work. Connect the compressor to the power supply. If it still does not work, it means that the thermal relay or the compressor is burned out and must be replaced.
. The whole machine does not heat up
The temperature controller and contactor are burned out and need to be replaced.
If the heating tube is dehydrated and burned out, replace it with an electric heating element of the same power.
If the humidity in the box is lower than the given value, there will be no humidification.
Check whether the given value is correct and then turn the switch on the temperature controller to off to see if it sprays. If it does not spray, it means the humidifier is faulty.
When the digital display value is lower than the given value, does the humidity controller light turn red? If it does not change, the return difference value should be appropriately reduced and it turns red without humidification. Check the humidifier.
If the humidifier is not working properly, first check whether there is scale or impurities on the transducer. The transducer must be kept clean and then whether the water tank is cut off.
If the temperature controller cannot output a signal, check the temperature of the instrument. If it displays -%, it is not abnormal. Wipe off the water traces on the sensor probe with a dry cloth and the temperature will display normally.
If the magnetic tape is not tight, use heating to widen the magnetic tape (use a hair dryer).
If the box is leaking, use epoxy resin bonding or plastic welding.
7. Humidifier maintenance
When the humidifier is not in use, please turn off the power switch and unplug it.
