In order to ensure the smooth passage of sewage, the width of the impeller flow surface must be increased. For large pumps, double blades or three blades can be used. For small pumps, The single (double) flow channel form is adopted, which is similar to an elbow with the same cross-sectional size and has very good flow characteristics. This avoids possible blockage and entanglement caused by water flow at low speeds. This uniquely designed impeller flow path combined with a reasonable volute chamber allows paper, textiles, garbage bags and other materials in the sewage to pass freely. The impeller is dynamically and statically balanced so that the pump does not vibrate during no-load trial operation and load.
