. Equipment structure and basic principles
.r The microfilter uses a rotatable stainless steel drum to filter. The outside of the drum has a dense stainless steel screen. The drum can be driven by an electric motor via gears. There is a pressurized water pump composed of a plastic pump shell outside the microfiltration machine box. A pressurized water pump is connected to an array of plastic nozzles. There are two water level controllers inside the box that can transmit signals to the control electrical box according to water level changes. The control center in the electrical box will effectively control related equipment. There is a larger-diameter water inlet, a smaller-diameter drain outlet, and a sewage pipe on the box. Drainage adopts the method of rear-mounted water pump. All automatic devices of the microfiltration machine are controlled by the control electric box outside the microfiltration machine box.
.Usage
The microfilter should be placed at the same level as the water surface to be treated. The sewage flows into the drum of the microfiltration machine by itself. After the drainage pump is started, the water level outside the drum will drop and water will flow from the inside of the drum to the outside. Dirt in the water is intercepted by the stainless steel screen. After running for a period of time, more and more dirt is intercepted by the stainless steel screen, which creates an increasing resistance to the water flow. However, the drainage flow rate has not decreased due to the stable operation of the water pump, so the water level outside the drum continues to decrease. When the water level drops to the location of the water level controller, the water level controller will transmit an electrical signal to the control center. The control center will start the drum motor and pressurized water pump. The drum starts to rotate slowly and at the same time, the high-pressure water pump pumps high-pressure water from the nozzle to flush away the dirt adhered to the screen. The dirt is collected in the sewage collection tank inside the drum and then discharged from the sewage pipe. Complete the process of solid-liquid separation.
