Basic structure and working principle

After each rail gap adjustment, you should first unscrew the oil return valve in the counterclockwise direction, then move the lever upward to loosen the inclined iron, so that the working cylinder piston will be reset under the action of the tension spring to complete a working cycle. (This machine is equipped with two oil return valves. When one of them fails, open the other oil return valve to reset the oil cylinder, which improves the safety performance of the machine.)
After completing the operation, move each clamp upward. The lever on the rail will push the running wheel onto the rail surface through the pawl to the next rail seam or the lower track of the whole machine.
There is a relief valve in the fuel tank. The pressure has been adjusted before leaving the factory so that when the load is too large, the relief valve unloads to ensure the safety of the machine.
