Information related to the installation of cast iron gates: Before installation, first check whether the connecting screws between the vertical frame and the horizontal frame, and between the gate plate and the gate plate have become loose during transportation and handling. The gap between the plate and the gate slot ensures that the gap between the gate slot and the gate plate is not greater than 1. If there is a gap, the closing device can be adjusted. Tighten each connecting bolt.
When installing, the gate should be erected as a whole into the reserved slot, and adjustment pads should be placed under the vertical frames on both sides (it is strictly prohibited to place cross beams). The two vertical frames should be stabilized with manual hoists and diagonal pulls, and the gate should be straightened and leveled in the foot holes of each place. Install the anchor bolts to adjust the position of the gate and support the formwork for the second phase of pouring.
When pouring concrete, the mortar that flows into the gate, gate frame, inclined iron, and baffle should be completely removed to prevent the mortar from affecting the opening and closing of the gate after solidification.

Before the gate leaves the factory, in order to make the gate plate and gate frame fit tightly and reduce the gap after installation, a closing device weight is installed on the upper and lower frames of the gate. Note that after the gap is adjusted, the closing weight is removed to facilitate the opening and closing of the gate.
