' Working principle
' The rapid exhaust valve uses the buoyancy characteristic principle of water on the stainless steel float. When the water level of the exhaust valve rises, while exhausting, the float is affected by the buoyancy of the water. It floats up automatically until it contacts the sealing surface of the exhaust port. When the pressure reaches a certain level, the ball will automatically close. When the water level in the valve decreases, the ball will fall with the water level. At this time, a large amount of air will be injected into the pipe through the exhaust port. After being installed on the pipe, the inertia of the water on the float is used to automatically open/close the exhaust port. When the pipeline is running, the float stops at the bottom of the ball bowl and performs a large amount of exhaust. When the air in the pipe is exhausted, water rushes into the valve, passes through the ball bowl and then reacts with the float, causing the float to float closed. When the pipeline is operating normally, If a small amount of gas is concentrated in the valve to a considerable extent, the water level in the valve will drop, the float will drop accordingly, and the gas will be discharged from the small hole.
