①The high-pressure pump is powered by an oil motor and is directly driven by the high-pressure oil from the traveling hydraulic system of the tunnel boring machine
②The unique self-lubricating working method (that is, using the leakage oil from the hydraulic drive motor's oil drain circuit to lubricate it, After the leakage oil from the motor lubricates the high-pressure pump body transmission system, it still flows back to the hydraulic system tank through the oil drain pipeline) ensuring that there is no need to add lubricating oil to the high-pressure pump body transmission system during use
③ The high-pressure pump uses positive pressure water supply , without the need for a transfer water tank, can be directly installed at a reasonable position on the tunnel boring machine body. The high-pressure pump water supply comes from the tunnel boring machine cooling water or static pressure water
④ The complete matching of the spray system can ensure that the spray system is basically used during use. There is no need for control and maintenance
⑤The water inlet filter equipped with the spray system can ensure the filtration of the spray water and prevent impurities from entering the high-pressure pump and spray system.

The airborne spray pump system uses the high-pressure oil of the tunnel boring machine's own traveling hydraulic system as power, and drives the high-pressure pump through the hydraulic motor. Working, the low-pressure water supplied to the high-pressure pump is converted into high-pressure water, and then passes through the spray water system of the mesh sleeve, and is atomized by the high-pressure sprayer into a high-speed atomized flow and sprayed towards the dust source to achieve effective control of dust.
