Target settlement method

If it wants to obtain the project price as early as possible, the construction unit must give full play to its organizational and implementation capabilities. On the premise of ensuring quality, the construction progress will be accelerated.
Other settlement methods agreed upon by both parties
For projects that require advance payment for material preparation, it should be clearly stated in the contract or agreement that the contracting unit (Party A) will allocate the project material preparation payment to the contractor (Party B) before the start of construction. The prepayment amount, prepayment time, starting point for deducting the material preparation payment after the start of construction, the proportion of successive deductions, as well as the procedures and methods for handling.
According to relevant Chinese regulations, the advance payment for materials should be made no later than the day before the agreed start date. If the contract-issuing party fails to make advance payment as agreed, the contractor shall issue a notice requesting advance payment within days of the agreed-upon advance payment time. If the contract issuing party still fails to make the advance payment as required after receiving the notice, the contractor may stop the construction the day after the notice is issued. The contract issuing party shall pay the loan interest payable to the contractor from the agreed date of payment and bear liability for breach of contract.
