The pile driver consists of two parts: a hydraulic walking pile frame and a drilling system. The pile frame adopts a hydraulic walking chassis, which has a high degree of automation and can walk and rotate on its own. It is equipped with hydraulic legs to assist walking and rotation and increase the stability of the whole machine during construction. The pile frame is designed with a towing device, which can be transported as a whole.
The column is a foldable box-type column with flange connection, and its lifting and lowering is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder. The drilling system includes a power head and drilling tools. The output shaft of the power head and the auger drilling tools are hollow. The pile driver uses a long spiral to form holes. Concrete (or mud) can be pumped through the center pipe of the drill pipe for concrete pile construction. It can be used for drilling and forming holes in one machine. It can also be used for dry hole forming, grouting replacement and changing of drilling tools. It can also be constructed using various construction methods such as deep stirring.
