⑶ When the track foundation or grouting distance is long, the construction can be carried out in sections depending on the actual engineering conditions, and the length of each section should not exceed one meter. If the equipment floor has a complex structure, pressure grouting should be used.
⑷ Vibration is strictly prohibited during the grouting process. If necessary, a grouting booster can be used. The booster pushes the grouting material along the base of the grout flow direction. It is strictly prohibited to push from the middle and upper part of the grouting layer.
⑸ After the equipment foundation grouting is completed, it is advisable to cut a bevel along the edge of the base plate to outsiders after the initial setting of the grouting material. Concrete structure modification and reinforcement grouting
