The working principle of the paint pump is driven by a motor. When the two gears mesh and rotate with each other, when the meshing teeth on one side of the suction chamber gradually separate, the volume of the suction chamber increases and the pressure decreases, allowing the liquid to be sucked in inside the pump. The sucked liquid is divided into two grooves, and the gear sends the liquid to the discharge chamber. The gear on the other side of the discharge chamber is continuously meshed, which reduces the volume of the discharge chamber and discharges the liquid. The driving gear and the driven gear work continuously, so the oil pump can continuously suck in liquid and discharge liquid.
The special gear pump for paint has good sealing performance, long service life, low friction power consumption, and basically no wear of the shaft or sleeve. The precise structure inside the pump ensures that the oil can be output stably and quantitatively at each revolution. When used with a variable frequency speed-regulating motor, the speed of rotation can be infinitely adjusted to achieve the amount of oil supplied to meet production needs. In special working situations such as frequent changes of paint and color, the paint pump can also quickly and effectively clean the special gear pump for spray painting and color change. Suitable for transporting various chemical liquids such as granular liquid coatings, corrosive solvents, inks, glues, etc.
