Since the surface of the ball adopts special surface hardening treatment and the valve seat adopts surfacing hard alloy, it can withstand medium erosion during the opening and closing process of the valve, and is especially suitable for solid particles and abrasive media.
In addition to the special surface treatment of the ball surface and valve seat surface, flexible graphite, metal wound gaskets, etc. are used as other sealing materials, so it can be used in high temperature and high pressure working conditions, and has fire resistance.
