* Check that the quality of the concrete base layer fully meets the technical requirements before starting construction. Concrete is poured in place and initially leveled and finished.
* Select molds. Select color materials and pattern molds according to customer requirements.
* Spread the colored reinforcing material. Spread the specified amount/hardener evenly on the concrete surface in the initial setting stage. After the colored reinforcing material absorbs water and is moistened, use a manual iron plate to level and calender it, and wait for the floor to solidify again. At a certain stage, the second material spreading/leveling and calendering operation will be carried out.
* During leveling and finishing, check the quality of the polished surface and check whether there are cracks, bubbles, slag inclusions, and color uniformity. According to the finishing and leveling operations of the concrete, the finishing operations are staggered.
* Spread release powder. When the hardened material is initially set at a certain stage and the surface is dry and has no obvious moisture, evenly spread a layer of release powder matched with the color reinforcement material.
* Use the mold to press the pattern and use the selected pattern template to make the surface shape. When pressing, the force should be uniform and consistent, keeping the mold fixed and flat. The pressed pattern should be formed at one time and cannot be pressed repeatedly.
* Rest, trim, remove hair, and trim parts.
* Drying and maintenance (sunny days are the day, rainy days are determined separately).
* Use a high-pressure water gun within 1 pound to spray the surface.
* After checking that the water is completely dry, apply a protective layer/densifier.
