Structure method and usage rules
(1) Test machine
Place the machine flat in the area where penetration is required. Before working, the machine should be connected to the power supply () and reliably grounded. Press the reverse switch button on the machine and observe whether the electric running direction is correct. The correct direction is that the hammer lifting chain drives the hammer block to move upward. If it is incorrect, you can turn on the reverse key.
(2) When the movement direction of the above chain is determined, turn on the left switch, lower the pry bar with your foot, lift the lifting system, install the probe rod and lock it. Align the measuring point to level the body and turn off the power. After turning on the switch on the right side, the hammer body enters the automatic working state.
After the single hole detection is completed, immediately turn off the switch on the right side, pull out the probe rod and put it into the bottom tray according to the original procedure.
The slideway and chain on the upper part of the main machine need to be lubricated every shift. It can be officially used after the above checks are correct.
Please note that the probe rod can only be used after it is connected.
