●Product Overview This testing machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant requirements of standards such as Articles and Clauses, . Testing of breaking capacity and normal operating life of plugs and sockets for similar purposes. The purpose is to assess whether switches, plugs and sockets can withstand mechanical damage and electrical fatigue damage during normal use, whether there is contact adhesion or long-term closing or disconnection, and whether there is excessive wear and other harmful consequences. It is a special equipment for electrical durability testing of switches, plugs and sockets.
This equipment can be used for push button switches, toggle switches, rocker switches, push-pull switches, rotary switches and plug and socket life tests. Equipped with a load (resistive, inductive, capacitive), loading tests can be performed, and a corresponding control system is provided.
The equipment adopts aluminum alloy frame, stainless steel sealing plate, driven by servo motor + ball screw, 3-inch color touch screen with user-friendly operation and powerful digital display function, control system. The number of tests, conduction current time (door opening time), test rate, test stroke and rotation angle can be preset (up to one angle can be set). With current display function, it can display the conduction current of the sample. There are stations for the whole machine, three of which are for knob switch testing, and the other three stations can be used for linear switch testing or plug and socket testing. When the switch is continuously connected or disconnected due to adhesion or failure, a fault alarm can be generated and the corresponding number of experiments can be recorded. When the set number of times is reached, an alarm can be generated. When an alarm occurs, the test will be automatically stopped.
