Usage
As a shop primer for steel pretreatment lines in shipyards, heavy machinery plants, etc. It is used as base anti-corrosion primer on steel structures and equipment surfaces in mining, derricks, shipbuilding, ports, steel structures, bridges, iron towers, petroleum pipelines, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries. It can also be used as a maintenance primer and as an anti-corrosion primer on galvanized sheet surfaces.

Surface Preparation

Construction conditions
The temperature of the substrate should not be lower than ℃, and at least higher than the air dew point temperature ℃ (temperature and relative humidity should be measured near the substrate). Good ventilation is usually required to ensure the paint dries properly.
Construction method
Spray airless spray or air spray. High pressure airless spraying is recommended. When using air spraying, attention should be paid to adjusting the paint viscosity and air pressure. The diluent should not exceed %, otherwise it will affect the coating performance.
Brush coating is recommended for pre-coating and small area painting, but the specified dry film thickness must be achieved.
