Roof Requirements

2. Installation sequence of synthetic resin tiles
Before laying out the wiring, the wiring should be carried out according to the on-site roof conditions. This will help the installation of the tiles to be horizontal and vertical, ensuring the quality of the installation and achieving beautiful effects.
When installing the main tiles on a two-slope roof, the base of the crest on one side should coincide with the line. The upper and lower sides of the main tiles should be parallel to the line, and the installation should start from one side (or line). The equipment for the first tile is the most important. It must be ensured that the edges and lines on the bottom of the tile are straight and not skewed. After the orientation is correct, fix the tile at the bottom purlin and the base position (crest) of the tile. In order to avoid skew and unevenness caused by one-way overlap, the main tiles should be placed horizontally one up and one down, that is, the second tile is buckled on the first and third tiles, and the fourth tile is buckled Take the third and fifth tiles and connect them with one tile wave each, and so on for the others. During the installation process, the alignment of the bottom edge of the tile and the construction line should be checked at any time, and the fixings should be installed completely after confirmation. The main tile equipment uses self-tapping nails with radius and length. The main ridge tile and oblique ridge tile equipment use different radius and length self-tapping nails according to the fixed position. When fixing the tile, first place the waterproof ring in the groove under the protective pad, and pass the self-tapping nail through the base hole of the protective pad (the curved surface faces downward). The electric drill should be perpendicular to the tile surface. When tightening the tile, make sure the nail is tight The temperature should be moderate, and then install the waterproof cap after completion. Use self-tapping screws or stainless steel brad nails for steel purlins, and self-tapping screws for wooden purlins. When installing a four-slope roof, install the main tiles first (the method is the same as that of a two-slope house). 5. Safe Construction and Completion Cleanup
When construction personnel are working on a slope, they should first check whether the roof purlins are smooth and solid. The bonded synthetic resin tiles should be stacked along the slope.
