2. When the elevator is running with load for the first time in each shift, when the ladder cage is lifted off the ground, it should be stopped to test the reliability of the brake. If the braking effect is found to be poor, it should be adjusted or repaired before operation.
3. When people or objects are loaded in the ladder cage, the load should be evenly distributed and should not be too heavy. Overload operation is strictly prohibited.
4. Operators should operate according to command signals. Sound the signal before starting work. The operator shall not leave the operating position before the main power switch of the elevator is cut off.
5. When an abnormality is discovered during the operation of the elevator, it should be stopped immediately and effective measures should be taken to lower the ladder dragon to the bottom floor. The operation can only continue after the fault is eliminated. When electrical out-of-control is discovered during operation, the emergency stop button should be pressed immediately. Do not open the emergency stop button until the fault is eliminated.
6. When there is heavy rain, heavy fog, strong winds of Level 6 or above, or when the guide rail frame, cables, etc. freeze, the elevator must stop running, lower the ladder cage to the bottom, and cut off the power supply. After a storm, all relevant safety devices of the lift should be inspected and operated only after they are confirmed to be normal.
7. When the elevator reaches the uppermost or lowermost level, it is strictly forbidden to use the travel limit switch as a control switch to stop operation.
8. When the elevator stops midway due to a power outage or other reasons, it can be lowered manually. Slowly pull out the manual release handle of the brake electromagnet at the end of the motor to allow the ladder cage to descend slowly. slide. When the ladder cage slides down, the rated operating speed must not be exceeded, and manual descent must be operated by professional maintenance personnel.
9. After the operation, the ladder cage should be lowered to the bottom, all control switches should be set to zero, the power supply should be cut off, the switch box should be locked, and the ladder gantry and enclosure doors should be locked.
