Precautions for pulse stand-alone dust collector:
Strictly control the temperature of the flue gas entering the dust collector.
Control the inlet pressure of the induced draft fan according to the requirements of the production process.
The mechanical transmission part is regularly injected with lubricating oil and wearing parts are replaced.
The electromagnetic pulse valve should be cleaned every three months. If there is any dirty blockage, remove it promptly and replace the wearing parts.
The compressed air oil-water separator and gas tank air bag are discharged once per shift.
Inspect the filter bag once every six months. If it is damaged or oily, it should be replaced or cleaned in time.
