Preparation before use

④. Check all lubrication points such as bearings, chain pins, etc. and add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil. Ensure good lubrication

Construction operations
①. Transport the machine to the construction site, and place the four traveling rollers on on the formwork
②. Turn on the power, first run without load and start each vibrating rod to make it run normally
③. Slowly lower the array pole, so that the vibrating rods are submerged into the concrete to an appropriate depth, and then start the walking system , walk forward. It is strictly prohibited to move backward during work. When retreating, the vibration exhaust rod should be lifted
5. Maintenance and maintenance
