The Pressure-down Brinell Hardness Tester newly developed by Shanghai Aolong Xingdi Testing Equipment Co., Ltd. adopts advanced closed-loop type Sensor control technology realizes fully automatic control and hardness testing process. The loading system uses a high-precision force sensor and a central controller to form a closed loop to continuously track and control the entire loading process. The system uses a high-precision pressure sensor, which can obtain a test force accuracy that is one order of magnitude (or more) higher than that of an ordinary Brinell hardness tester. The stage is fixed, and the hardness test is performed by moving the indenter up and down. The fixed test bench can eliminate the coaxiality error caused by the up and down rotation of the traditional screw, greatly improving the accuracy and repeatability of the test, and also increasing the stability and efficiency of the machine. At the same time, no cutting is required for some large workpieces. Measurements can be made.
