4. Working principle
The detector is in close contact with the tape through the touch wheel. When the touch wheel and the moving tape move, When the linear speed is moving, the internal detection sensor of the device is continuously blocked by the infrared receiving and transmitting light source, and outputs a pulse signal, which is photoelectrically isolated and then enters the counting unit. At the same time, it reflects the actual belt speed of the tape. The movement information of the tape is input into the pulse signal of the microcontroller through the infrared photoelectric sensor. After receiving the information, the microcontroller performs calculation and judgment processing to monitor the stall situation of the running tape. When the speed of the running tape is lower than % of the normal speed, a switch signal is sent out, and the user This switch signal can be used to implement stall shutdown in its own control network to prevent production accidents caused by tape slippage.
