Working principle
Belt break protection devices are installed at multiple locations along the belt conveyor. When the belt is running normally, the one-way roller in the middle rotates with the belt, and the left and right rollers rotate with the belt. The wedge-shaped brake block is located below the belt and does not contact the belt. The upper brake block is adjusted to both sides of the belt and is longitudinally parallel to the belt. When a belt break occurs, the sliding upper brake block quickly rotates to the top of the belt, and the wedge-shaped brake block continues to move along the wedge-shaped groove, clamping and braking the sliding belt between the upper brake block and the wedge-shaped brake block.
