Operating principle and main structure

Turntable structure The turntable is the main execution part of the machine. It consists of upper and lower bearing assemblies, spindle, turntable and other main parts. The main shaft is supported on the bearing and is driven by a worm gear pair and spline connection to drive the main shaft and make the turntable rotate.

The track mechanism track has a cylindrical cam and a plane cam composed of an upper track and a lower track, which are the movement trajectories of the upper and lower punch rods. The upper track is composed of multiple rails such as an upper upward rail, an upper downward rail, an upper parallel rail, an upper parallel rail, and a lower rail. They are respectively fastened to the upper track plate. The lower track is composed of an undershooting upper rail, an undershooting downrail and a filling rail. They are installed on the lower track base respectively.


. Filling adjustment device. Filling adjustment is used to adjust tablet weight. The filling adjustment mechanism is installed inside the main body. A moon-shaped filling rail can be observed on the plane of the main body. It rises or falls by the action of the spiral to control the filling amount. When the disc is turned to adjust, the filling amount decreases clockwise, and vice versa. Increase.

The sheet thickness (pressure) adjustment device adjusts the sheet thickness (pressure) by adjusting the upper and lower pressure wheels. The lower pressure wheel is installed in the groove of the main body. It is set on the eccentric shaft, and the outer end is connected to the handwheel. When the external handwheel is adjusted, the eccentric shaft drives the pressure wheel up and down, that is, the thickness (pressure) of the sheet is adjusted. To control the thickness and hardness of tablets, the upper pressure wheel can also be adjusted up and down as an adjustment device, but it is not adjusted under normal circumstances.

. Feeding device This device consists of a feeding hopper, an adjusting screw, a feeder and other parts. The feeder is a moon-shaped grid feeder, which is installed on the turntable. The gap between the feeder and the turntable working surface and the height of the hopper are adjusted according to the fluidity of the particles.

Transmission device The transmission part of the machine is composed of an electric motor, a synchronous pulley, a worm gear reducer, and a test hand wheel. The motor is installed on the motor base of the bottom plate. After the motor is started, the power is transmitted to the reduction worm gear pair through a pair of synchronous belts. The electric speed is adjusted through AC frequency conversion stepless speed regulation. Open the side or rear doors to directly observe and access these parts.

. Cover part: The machine shell is fully enclosed and meets the requirements. The upper part is surrounded by four windows to facilitate cleaning and maintenance. The lower part is closed by a stainless steel door, which is locked and closed under normal circumstances. This door can only be opened when repairing and installing the die. An operating platform is installed on the front of the machine. The tablet press chamber and the transmission part of the machine are separated by a stainless steel enclosure to ensure the cleanliness of the tablet press chamber and protect the transmission parts from powder contamination and corrosion.
